16 garages are under construction at Taupo International Motorsport Park, behind the existing Industrial buildings at the corner of Broadlands Road and the Offroad Highway.
These Garages are to be offered for sale exclusively to GT Members for one month only at an introductory price of $295,000 plus GST (zero rated to GST registered purchasers).
Each garage measures 15m x 6m = 90m2.
Each garage has high bay lighting, multiple power points (a maximum of 40amps per unit).
Construction is expected to be completed by January 2023, and title by the end of April 2023.
