Winter Drive Experience

- The experience is undertaken in the participants’ car, helping to ensure that the skills they’re learning are directly applicable within the car they drive on a daily basis

Why should we do this as a company? Our staff have a driver’s licence, they know how to drive!
The Health & Safety at Work Act 2015, states that a vehicle is a place of work – and as such anyone that drives as part of their work must receive education that is specific to the job, otherwise the company could be liable (or partly liable) in the event of an accident. Staff who are experienced in safe driving are less likely to have accidents, which results in less downtime, less vehicle damage and fewer insurance claims.
