2026 ITM Taupō Super440 | Supercars
The Repco Supercars Championship will return to New Zealand in 2026 for an historic two-week trans-island motorsport celebration - with Taupō International Motorsport Park and Christchurch’s Ruapuna Raceway officially locked in for back-to-back events in April.
Supercars will race in Taupō from 10–12 April, followed by the inaugural South Island round at Ruapuna from 17–19 April, delivering the first-ever New Zealand Double Header in the Championship’s history.

Oval Campground Self Contained Motorhomes & Caravans
The Taupo Horse Racing Club are thrilled to offer Self Contained Motorhome/Caravan sites for the upcoming 2026 ITM Taupō Super440.
The Oval Campground is in the centre of the Taupo Horse Racing Club [THRC] track immediately adjacent to Taupo Motorsport facility and is within walking distance (350m) to the event.
You must read the General Information & Conditions of Sale and Entry below before purchasing your site.
There are two different sized spots available from $295. Motorhomes and caravans only, no tents.
A maximum of 6 people are allowed on a single site. At checkout, please select how many people will staying at your site.
The THRC Oval Campground will open on Thursday 9th April and will close on Monday 13th April 2026
Check-in is ONLY available Thursday 12pm - 5pm and Friday 10am - 6pm.
All campers must vacate the site by 10am on Monday 13th April.
